What about any potential trip cancellations?
Kindly be informed that in the event of trip cancellations, encompassing all time frames including last-minute occurrences, the initial 20% of the total trip amount remitted as a deposit is non-refundable. This security deposit is an integral component of our cancellation policy, reflecting the commitment made after the tour logistics have been meticulously arranged. Regrettably, the facilitated arrangements in Nepal are irreversible, and the deposit cannot be returned, thereby obligating you to cover the stipulated amount as a trip cancellation fee.
Should your payment exceed the 20% deposit during the trip booking process, the cancellation payment will be adjusted to 20%, and the surplus amount will be refunded through the original payment method. It is imperative to note that the 20% deposit is non-refundable and applies from the moment of confirming the booking.
